We aim to identify the best young Baroque players who have already completed a musical education and are recognised to become leading performers. Internationally recognised musicians, festival directors and conductors have been asked by us for their confidential recommendations as to which young musicians they believe can benefit from our support. We then invite around 10 musicians to take part in an audition, which takes place in the Kleine Zaal of the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. The audition selects musicians to take part in our programme which consists of the loan of a high-quality baroque/classical instrument, personal coaching, access to an extensive, high calibre international network and guidance with special projects. An international renowned jury decides which musicians will qualify for an instrument. Auditions are by invitation only, please contact us to find out when the next audition will be.
