Daria was born in Kazan, Russia, where she graduated from the special music school at the Kazan State Conservatory in 2010. She has a diploma with honors from Faculty of Historical and Contemporary Performing Arts of the Moscow State Conservatory, and in 2018 a postgraduate diploma at the Moscow Conservatory. In the same year, she moved to Frankfurt am Main to continue her studies as a Baroque violinist in the class of Mechthild Karkow.
She is currently studying at the Cesena Conservatory in Italy with the master of pedagogy and musician Luca Giardini.
In 2019 Daria won first prize of the International H.I.F. Biber Competition. She took part in two CD recordings as a chamber partner and solo violin with Maria Ladurner (soprano) and Jan Nigges (recorder), and in October 2020 played her first solo tour through Holland with 8 concerts as part of the Utrecht Early Music Festival.
The year 2020 brought participation in the “Grandezze e Meraviglie” Festival in Sassuolo, Italy, and winning the 2nd prize in the International Baroque Violin Competition “José Herrando” (Onda, Spain).
Daria doesn’t focus only on baroque and classical repertoire but continues to play romantic and modern repertoire on the modern violin. She is currently working on a project arranging folk songs from different countries for solo violin.
